Seeking a Purchase Process Controller for a Global Automotive Company!

About the role
As a Purchase Process Controller, you will support the organization during an ongoing system transformation with focus on purchasing processes and IT procurement. You will work closely with business, IT, support teams, and buyers to ensure efficient processes in the new system environment.
This is a consulting assignment with the possibility of extension

In your role as Purchase Process Controller, your main tasks will include:
Supporting users with questions related to purchasing systems and processes
Troubleshooting purchasing-related issues and coordinating tickets
Acting as a link between support teams, buyers, and business users
Maintaining and updating master data
Contributing to process improvements in the new system

Supporting the senior superuser within the project

About you
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in finance, IT, or similar, and experience from purchasing-related roles, preferably within IT procurement. You have experience with purchasing systems, master data, and troubleshooting in business systems, and you communicate fluently in English.
Furthermore, you are structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented, and thrive in a changing environment with many stakeholders.
Important for the role:
Experience working with purchasing systems and procurement processes
Experience with SAP, preferably SAP Ariba
Experience from system implementation or process-related projects
Experience working in a global organization
Strategic and analytical mindset
