Assignment Description
We are seeking three Senior Backend Developers
What You Will Work On
Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot
Design and implement batch and ETL workflows (Spring Batch, Apache Camel)
Work with relational databases (MSSQL), including queries and stored procedures
Build integrations using Kafka, REST APIs, and legacy/mainframe interfaces
Contribute to modernization efforts, including migration to Kubernetes-based platforms
Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems
Participate in CI/CD processes and deployment pipelines
Implement security practices such as authentication, authorization, and audit logging
Monitor and troubleshoot systems using observability tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile (SAFe) environment

What You Bring
8–10+ years of experience in backend software development
Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot
Experience working with databases (MSSQL, JPA, stored procedures)
Hands-on experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures
Experience with Spring Batch (for one of the roles)
Familiarity with containerized platforms (Kubernetes, Linux)
Experience with CI/CD tools (Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory)
Knowledge of security mechanisms such as JWT and audit logging
Experience working in agile frameworks (SAFe or similar)
Ability to work independently after onboarding and collaborate effectively in teams
