About the Assignment:
The client is seeking experienced System Developers to support the development of advanced systems for power system analysis, aligned with evolving electricity market methodologies. The selected professionals will join an agile team responsible for delivering continuous enhancements and new functionalities.
This role involves working on both modern and legacy components of the application, contributing to ongoing system improvements and modernization efforts to meet future analytical demands.

Key Responsibilities:
Actively participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and team discussions
Collaborate with team members to design effective technical solutions for development tasks
Develop, enhance, and maintain application code across both new and existing modules
Produce clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
Engage in pair programming and contribute to peer code reviews
Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability
Continuously align with the team to promote knowledge sharing and collective ownership
Contribute to building scalable, user-friendly, and well-documented solutions

Technology Stack:
Programming: Python, C/C++
Tools & Platforms: CMake, Git, Azure DevOps / GitLab
Quality & Testing: SonarQube, Xray, Artifactory
Database: SQL
Operating System: Linux (RHEL 9)

Required Experience:
Proven experience as a System Developer with strong expertise in Python
Hands-on experience working in Linux environments
Familiarity with modern development tools and CI/CD pipelines
Experience working in agile development teams

Education Requirements:
Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Required Skills:
Python development
Linux system proficiency
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience with version control and development tools

Languages:
Swedish – Proficient (mandatory)
English – Professional working proficiency

Work Mode: Hybrid (Up to 50% Remote)
