Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled CMF Designer to join our team to support ongoing and upcoming automotive design projects.

The role involves working closely with design and engineering teams in a professional studio environment, contributing to the development of concept and production vehicles.

Role: CMF Designer (Colour, Material, Finish)

As a CMF Designer, you will contribute to the development of colour, material, and finish strategies for automotive design projects.

Key responsibilities:

* Developing CMF concepts aligned with design direction
* Material research and application
* Collaboration with design and engineering teams
* Supporting implementation into production

Qualifications

* Proven experience in automotive design (CMF design)
* Experience working in professional automotive design studios
* Strong understanding of vehicle design processes
* Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
* Strong material and trend awareness

Employment Conditions

* Full-time permanent employment (40 hours per week) based in Gothenburg, Sweden
* Monthly salary starting from 30,000 SEK, depending on experience, in line with Swedish industry standards and collective agreements
* Occupational pension and insurance provided in accordance with Swedish regulations
* Paid holiday according to Swedish labour law
