Assignment Description
We are looking for an Observability and Monitoring Specialist
What You Will Work On
Own and improve monitoring and observability across systems and services
Design and maintain dashboards, alerts, and logging solutions
Use monitoring tools to detect, investigate, and troubleshoot incidents
Support major incident handling and escalation processes
Perform root cause analysis and contribute to long-term improvements
Ensure monitoring reflects real user impact and system performance
Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability
Help route incidents to appropriate teams based on analysis

What You Bring
Experience working with monitoring and observability for software systems
Hands-on experience with tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar
Strong interest in IT systems, operations, and troubleshooting
Ability to use dashboards and monitoring data for incident investigation
Understanding of incident management processes
