Assignment Description
We are looking for a Senior Test Manager for the NGO2B program (Next Generation Offer to Billing), a SaaS transformation initiative aimed at replacing two on-premises billing solutions.
What You Will Work On
Define and drive the overall test strategy for the program
Lead test planning, execution, reporting, and defect management
Coordinate end-to-end testing across distributed systems and integrations
Ensure quality assurance across SaaS platforms, integration layers, and downstream systems
Manage testing of APIs, Kafka-based integrations, and batch processing flows
Collaborate with development teams, architects, vendors, and business stakeholders
Support testing activities throughout the SaaS transformation lifecycle
Drive structured and pragmatic testing processes within a complex enterprise environment
Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical validation

What You Bring
Extensive experience as a Test Manager in large-scale IT programs
Proven experience leading testing of integration-heavy solutions involving APIs, Kafka, and batch integrations
Strong understanding of end-to-end testing in distributed architectures
Experience working with SaaS transformation programs
Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technical domains
Structured, pragmatic, and leadership-oriented approach
Experience from the banking or financial services sector is required
Strong communication and coordination skills in complex environments
