Assignment Description
We are looking for a Software Monitoring Specialist
What You Will Work On
Own and continuously improve monitoring, dashboards, and alerting for SWS
Enhance observability practices based on real user and workshop needs
Use monitoring tools to perform initial incident investigation and troubleshooting
Support and participate in major incident management processes
Route and coordinate issues with relevant development teams
Contribute to root cause analysis and follow-up improvement initiatives
Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability and visibility
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across technical and business teams

What You Bring
Experience working with monitoring and observability in software systems
Hands-on experience with tools such as Datadog or similar platforms
Strong interest in IT systems, operations, and troubleshooting
Ability to use dashboards and monitoring tools for incident investigation
Fluent in English and Swedish (spoken and written)
Availability for on-call support (24/7 rotation schedule)
Strong collaboration and communication skills
