• Broad knowledge of Ingka Centres and an understanding of strategic planning and processes
• Experience in initiating and managing cross-functional projects
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Leadership experience, preferably within Ingka Centres or a similar organisation
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• A digital mindset and experience working in multicultural, international environments

Your responsibilities
As a Management Assistant, you support Ingka Centres Manager and the Centres Management team across a wide range of strategic, organisational, and operational tasks, enabling effective collaboration and decision-making.
Your responsibilities include:
• Preparing, managing, and actively contributing to Centres Management team meetings
• Preparing reports and materials for the Centres Board
• Organising and coordinating meetings and agendas for the Centres Manager
• Collecting information and preparing briefs, presentations, and speeches
• Driving specific projects defined by the Centres Manager
• Collaborating across teams to share knowledge, best practices, and support continuous learning
